Pound for Pound Armwrestling to sell 20% of the Company.

The development and growth of Pound for Pound Armwrestling Pty Ltd has evolved to such a point where it can be said that it is the right time to put the foot on the accelerator and expand aggressively.

Over the last 2 years Pound for Pound Armwrestling has become a globally recognised brand among Armwrestling enthusiasts. It now is positioned among the top 3 most recognised Armwrestling brands on the internet with an average of 3M views and 700,000 active engagements per month.

The brand is fortunate to have the backing and support of many of the worlds most elite armwrestlers and it holds many indicators that it's growth is only just beginning.

The managing Director, Ryan Bowen, is the lead host for the brand and has grown the brand to now hold three major sponsors in Next Level Apparel, Combat Armsports and Arm Assassin Strength Shop.

The brand is known for its combination of commentary on the sport, training vlogs, elite coaching seminars, and tournaments under the banner of Armfights Unleashed.

The overarching mission for the company is to become a UFC equivalent entity for the sport of professional Armwrestling and provide a framework for professional Armwrestlers to make a legitimate full-time career income.

Six months ago Pound for Pound Armwrestling made a sales pitch to a Global energy drink giant for third party sponsorship, to which they replied, that the viewership numbers were great, however the production level must reach “ESPN” standards in order for them to consider co branding with Armfights Unleashed.

With these 'ESPN' standards in mind Pound for Pound Armwrestling is officially releasing a bid to sell 20% of the company.

The goal is to achieve a sale that will enable the 'ESPN' level of production and professionalism to come to life, through the construction of a dedicated studio for a talk back show, an arena for hosting tournaments and a training facility for coaching related content and local training.

The proposed Investment being called for by Pound for Pound Armwrestling Pty Ltd is the sale of 20% of the company, in return for the purchase of and fit out of a suitable commercial piece of property.

With the proposal aimed at approximately $500,000 to $700,000 AUD an investor would receive 20% of the company shares plus, the purchased commercial property would 100% remain the asset of the investor, although it would be purchased and controlled under the Pound for Pound Armwrestling Pty Ltd entity.

With 100% outgoings for the property covered by Pound for Pound Armwrestling Pty Ltd an investor receives an investment opportunity with a large potential upside and a very minimal downside through a safety net to balance risk and reward.

Should Pound for Pound Pty Ltd ever become insolvent the commercial property value will continue to exist and can be sold with 100% proceeds belonging to the investor.

The potential reward is very aggressive. Pound for Pound Armwrestling is on a steep growth trajectory and headed by Ryan Bowen who has zero dependency on the finances of the business.

Ryan also is considered one of the worlds most trusted Armwrestling promoters and is driving hard to take the sport to main stream status.

The question now remains, will an investor step up?
